I love this time of year! It can be a major source of stress, however, both good and bad. Acupuncture can help your body to regulate its stress response, to keep you healthy and sane. This year Veteran's Day is on Wednesday, November 11, 2015. In honor of all whom have served, acupuncture will be free for veterans and military personnel on Veterans Day. No appointment needed, just come in between the hours of 3pm and 6pm.
Acupuncture can help relieve everyday stress, aches and pains, as well as helping to relieve chronic pain and suffering. Acupuncture has even been shown to help with symptoms of PTSD. Check out this study from NIH: Acupuncture May Help Symptoms of Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.
